How do I make a reservation? To make a reservation please use our online Reservation Request system.

When is Conference Housing available? Conference Housing is available only during summer months ranging from late May to early August.

What forms of payment are accepted? Conference Services accepts cash or check payments for the full amount that is due upon arrival. Charges can also be billed to a University account with departmental authorization. Credit cards are not accepted.

What is your cancellation policy? If you need to cancel your housing reservation for your conference after signing a contract, and you do so 60 days prior to the group’s arrival date, you will not be charged a cancellation fee. Groups that cancel within 30-60 days prior to the group’s arrival date will be charged a cancellation fee of $15% of the estimated bill. Groups that cancel less than 30 days prior to the group’s arrival date will be charged a cancellation fee of $30% of the estimated bill.

What is included in the room? Your room will be fully furnished with one twin extra-long bed or full-size bed, a desk, and dresser. Your suite features a living area with couch, bathroom with shower, toilet and sinks, and a kitchen area with refrigerator, sink and microwave. The apartment complexes will have additional amenities.

Is Wi-Fi access free? Wi-Fi access is complimentary to every guest and each room is equipped to have wired or wireless connections to the campus Wi-Fi. For assistance with connection please contact the front desk assistant.

Are pets allowed?  Pets are not allowed in University Housing.
