Something new is brewing at Zach’s Brews
STATESBORO, Ga.- Eagle Dining Services will partner with Three Tree Coffee Roasters this fall to provide new coffee at Zach’s Brews, located in Henderson Library, and Today’s Brews and Smoothies, located in Dining Commons.
Three Tree Coffee Roasters specializes in producing organic coffee for the Statesboro community. Since opening in February 2014, Three Tree Coffee Roasters has provided Fair Trade certified coffee to local coffee shops, bakeries and farmers markets.
The owners, Phillip and Anna Klayman, strive to fulfill local expectations while contributing to a global impact. Their mission includes empowering farmers, engaging the community, and ending human trafficking by partnering with Georgia Southern’s International Justice Mission and the Student Abolitionist movement.
Students are invited to try the new blends of coffee from Three Tree Coffee Roasters during the first week of classes by stopping by Henderson Library and the Russell Union Rotunda.
