Blue Tie Catering employs American Culinary Federation Certified Executive Chefs that bring years of restaurant and collegiate dining experience to our diverse culinary team.


Let us start your day the right way with one of our signature breakfasts. With these selections, you are sure to find just the right combination to satisfy any group at your event.


Our continental breakfast is a light and easy way to start your day. Served with fresh, seasonal fruit, orange juice, coffee (decaf on request) and your choice of the following items:

Hot Breakfast Buffet

Our hot breakfast buffet is just what you need to fill a more substantial appetite. Served with fresh, seasonal fruit, grits, scrambled eggs, biscuits, orange juice, coffee and your choice of the following entree items:

  • Bacon (can substitute for Turkey Bacon )
  • Sausage (Can substitute for Turkey Sausage )

  • Cinnamon rolls: $9.95 per dozen

  • Assorted yogurt: $1.75 each

Lunch: Cold Buffets

Blue Tie Catering provides boxed lunches, simple buffets, elegant plated meals, and everything in between. Whatever your event needs may be, you can count on us to make it happen.

Deli Shop

Includes sliced ham, turkey, roast beef (chicken salad may be substituted for an additional $1/person) served with an assortment of white, wheat, and marbled rye bread, sliced cheese tray, lettuce, tomato, and sliced onion. Served with freshly fried chips and cookies, it also includes your choice of pasta salad or potato salad.


Sandwich Buffets

All sandwich buffets are served with: fresh fried chips and your choice of – pasta salad, potato salad, or house salad with assorted dressings, and your choice of brownies or cookies. You can choose from the list below:

Pecan Chicken Salad on Croissant
Creamy chicken salad with pecans and grapes served on a butter croissant with lettuce and tomato.

Black Forest Ham and Swiss on Marbled Rye Bread
Rich black forest ham and thinly sliced Swiss cheese served with lettuce and tomato on  marbled rye.

Smoked Turkey and Bacon Club on Wheat Berry Bread
Thinly shaved smoked turkey and crispy bacon with sliced cheddar cheese, lettuce and tomato on thick-sliced wheat berry bread.

Roast Beef Club on Kaiser Roll
Shaved roast beef and sliced Swiss cheese served with caramelized onions, lettuce, tomato on a corn dusted Kaiser roll.

Grilled Chicken and Basil on Ciabatta
Marinated grilled chicken breast served with fresh Mozzarella cheese, fresh basil, sliced tomato and a balsamic vinaigrette served on ciabatta.

Applewood smoked bacon, crispy green leaf lettuce, and vine ripe tomatoes on thick sliced white bread.

Grilled Vegetable Sandwich
Grilled marinated vegetables served with roasted red peppers, mixed greens and Balsamic Vinaigrette on a whole wheat Kaiser roll.

 Plated Meals

Blue Tie Catering can personally develop a plated meal that is specifically tailored to your event needs. Our talented culinary team and staff can create a menu that suits your needs and/or special dietary requirements. Please contact our General Manager or Administrative Coordinator to create this menu.

Boxed Lunches

Choose two of the following meat options: ham, turkey, roast beef, or chicken salad. We also have a vegetarian option. All Boxed Lunches include: potato chips, fruit cup, cookie, and soda or water.

All Buffets include Baked Beans, your choice of Potato Salad, Coleslaw, or Pasta Salad, Chips, Cookie, Sodas and Waters.
