Need a break from studying for midterms? Catch up with the Health Services Stress Less Wagon. From snacks to sleep and stress management tips, let us help you get through finals. Our staff will facilitate a short meditation, breathing and progressive relaxation workshop on the first floor of the library, for a refreshing, quick break from your study session at 4:30 p.m. and 10:30 p.m on Sunday – Tuesday, Feb. 19-21.
