Eligibility and Fees

What is the Health Fee?

The health fee provides the opportunity to receive quality, multi-disciplinary health care, wellness and health maintenance within a few steps of campus classes from 8 am to 5 pm Monday through Friday. Any student taking 4 credit hours or more is charged the health fee as part of their tuition and fees.* If you are taking less than 4 credit hours or are an online student, you may pay the student health to be eligible for our services. This fee is not prorated throughout the semester.

  • Nursing Visits
  • Minor Surgical Procedures
  • Blood Pressure Screening
  • Venipuncture
  • Pharmacist Consultations
  • Health Promotion Services
  • Medical Supplies
  • Respiratory Therapy Services
  • Interpretation of X-rays by Radiologist
  • Electrocardiograms (EKG)
  • Pulmonary Function Testing
  • Hearing & Vision Screening
  • IV Therapy

Additional discounted fees are charged for:

  • Provider Visits (Physician, Physician Assistant, Nurse Practitioner)
  • Medications
  • Laboratory Services
  • Physical Therapy
  • X-rays
  • Eagle Eye Services
  • Immunizations
  • Medical Equipment
  • Physicals

Parental Consent

If you are under 18 years of age a parent or guardian must sign an authorization to treat in order for you to be seen at Health Services. The authorization to treat is located on the Medical Entrance form which is part of your required medical records.
