Mindful Yoga

Enjoy yoga and meditation exercises in these free classes brought to you by Health Services ! Yoga is a great way to stabilize your emotional self and can be helpful in coping with anxiety, depression and trauma. Classes are held at the Counseling Center on Fridays from 11:00 – 11:45 a.m., and mats are provided.
