Georgia Southern University Health Services operates a low-cost, on-site physical therapy service which can provide physical therapy to students referred by our providers or outside medical providers.

If you are seen by one of our providers and require physical therapy, our staff will assist you with scheduling these appointments.

  • Friday, 9AM-5PM
  • Closed daily from 12PM to 1PM

Referrals

Referrals to physical therapy are accepted and encouraged.

Outside Providers: Please send a physical therapy order with the student including date, diagnosis, order to evaluate and treat. The order should also include any specific protocols, precautions, or contraindications. If you need to speak to a therapist, please call (912) 478-3973. The order can also be faxed to (912) 478-2150. The student will need to contact us to schedule an appointment.
