Georgia Southern University Health Services operates a low-cost, on-site physical therapy service which can provide physical therapy to students referred by our providers or outside medical providers.
If you are seen by one of our providers and require physical therapy, our staff will assist you with scheduling these appointments.
To Outside Providers: Outside referrals for physical therapy are accepted and encouraged. Please send a physical therapy order with the student including date, diagnosis, order to evaluate and treat. The order should also Include any specific protocols, precautions or contraindications. If you need to speak to a therapist, please call 912-478-3973. The order can also be faxed to 912-478-2150. The student will need to contact us to schedule an appointment.
Hours of operation
8:00am – 12:00pm and 1:00pm – 5:00pm
Monday through Friday when Health Services is open.
Second floor of Health Services, Room 2008.
