It is important that you proof your design, wording and spelling on every piece we design for you. After submitting this approval, Auxiliary Services Marketing is not responsible for errors including typographical or formatting on the final product. It is the full responsibility of the client to proof for errors, including spelling, punctuation, layout, format and typestyle. If further changes are requested after final approval, the client is responsible for any additional costs. For this reason, we highly recommend having multiple individuals look over the final proof.

Client is responsible for obtaining rights to use any text, photos or original art submitted for publication. Client acknowledges that Auxiliary Services Marketing is not responsible for obtaining permission for use of intellectual property.
