Derick started his college retail career in a small community college in Southern Illinois, Wabash Valley College, as a bookstore manager. He continued his odyssey in Textbook Management at Western Kentucky University as Textbook Manager. Since then, Derick and his family have moved south to Statesboro, Georgia where he established his career at Georgia Southern University as the Assistant Director of Retail Services. Currently, Derick has advanced as the Director of Retail Services for Georgia Southern.
