Lakeside to Host 4th Annual Thanksgiving Feast
Eagle Dining Services is hosting one of the most anticipated dining events of the semester, Lakeside’s Thanksgiving Lunch, on Wednesday, Nov. 16 from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. at Lakeside Dining Commons.
Georgia Southern University’s Lakeside Dining Commons Executive Chef, Clay Culpepper, focused on the traditional Thanksgiving meal that everyone knows and loves. “I love the traditional Thanksgiving meal, but it’s fun to switch it up and put a twist on some dishes,” said Culpepper. A selection of main courses such as oven-roasted turkey and herb crusted prime rib, along with side dishes such as butternut squash risotto, broccoli casserole, smoked Gouda mac and cheese, and many more delicious options. Following the main courses, an array of desserts will be served.
Eagle Dining welcomes all students, faculty and staff to attend the Thanksgiving Feast! Holders of an Eagle Dining Plan will have all-access to the event. The cost to Eaglexpress card holders is $12, and for those who are choosing to pay credit, debit, or cash, the cost is $15 + tax.
