Annual Holiday Meal at Dining Commons set for December 1st
Eagle Dining Services is bringing the holiday spirit to the Georgia Southern University campus with Dining Commons’ annual Holiday Dinner on Thursday, Dec. 1 from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m.
Jerry Bradley, Executive Chef at Georgia Southern University’s Dining Commons, created the menu with the “home for the holidays” feeling in mind. “When I think of the holidays, I think of comfort. I wanted to portray the ultimate holiday dinner, as well as give off the ‘comfort of home’ feeling too,” said Bradley. Enjoy delicious main courses such as prime rib, grilled swordfish and duck breast, along with side dishes of oysters Rockefeller, lobster mac and cheese, delicious desserts and much more!
Eagle Dining welcomes all students, faculty and staff to attend the Holiday Dinner. Eagle Dining Plan holders have all-access to the event under their dining plan. The cost for Eaglexpress is $12, and for those wishing to use credit, debit, or cash, the cost is $15 + tax.
