Parking and Bus Rental
Your Conference Services associate will coordinate campus and residence hall parking passes for you and your guests through the Office of Parking and Transportation. You will receive more specific parking instructions upon arriving for your event.
If requested, we offer bus rentals to transport your guests to locations on and off campus. Each bus can accommodate, on average, 38 guests, and the rental price is $110 an hour. Charges begin 15 minutes prior to pick up and end 30 minutes after drop off for refueling and clean up. If the driver is sitting and waiting (while guests are at dinner, for example), the cost during this waiting period is $25/hour to compensate their time.
