Eagle Dining Services Fifth Annual Lakeside Luau
STATESBORO, Ga., March 26, 2018 – Eagle Dining Services will be holding their fifth annual Lakeside Luau, but this time with Lowcountry flair. This event will take place in Lakeside Dining Commons Thursday, April 26, from 5 p.m. until 8 p.m.
Lakeside Executive Chef, Clay Culpepper, said his goal for the Luau menu is to “have items that compliment the theme, while also incorporating our unique Georgia Southern spin. I want to provide dishes reminiscent of a Hawaiian luau, but not necessarily traditional Hawaiian foods.”
Eagle Dining welcomes all students, faculty and staff to attend the Lowcountry Luau. Eagle Dining Plan holders have all-access to the event under their dining plan. The cost for Eaglexpress is $12, and for those wishing to use credit, debit, or cash, the cost is $15+ tax. Lakeside Dining Commons will be closed from 2 p.m. until 5 p.m. to prepare for the event, but Dining Commons will be open to accommodate everyone during that time.
