Mindful Yoga

Mindful yoga fuses mindfulness practice and yoga for wellness. These free classes brought to you by Health Services and the Counseling Center are open to students and faculty/staff of all levels. Mats are provided!

When: Wednesdays 4-5 p.m., Thursdays and Fridays 11 a.m. – 12 p.m.
