Mindful Yoga

About this Event

Mindful yoga fuses mindfulness practice and yoga for wellness. These free classes brought to you by Health Services and the Counseling Center are open to students and faculty/staff of all levels. Classes are held at the Counseling Center on Wednesdays at 4 p.m. and Thursdays at 10 a.m., and mats are provided.
