Mindful Yoga

Mindful yoga fuses mindfulness practice and yoga for wellness. These free classes brought to you by Health Services and the Counseling Center are open to students and faculty/staff of all levels. Mats are provided!

When: Wednesdays at 4 p.m. and Thursdays at 10 a.m.
