Kim Packer, MHA, RT (R) (MR)
Ms. Packer is a certified Radiologic Technologist with over 20 years of experience. She has had an extensive career in diagnostic imaging services including a progression from an early background in radiology to other imaging modalities including Mammography, Computed Tomography (CT) and Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI). In addition, she has 2 years of faculty experience as an Imaging Sciences Instructor. She earned her Radiologic Technology diploma from Ogeechee Technical College, Statesboro, GA in 1995, her Associate of Applied Science from East Georgia College, Swainsboro, GA in 1996, her Bachelor of Applied Science from Georgia Southern University, Statesboro, GA in 1997 and her Master of Healthcare Administration from Georgia Southern University, Statesboro, GA in 2019. In addition to working in the clinical setting, Ms. Packer serves as the Quality Compliance Officer. Her responsibilities include risk management duties, maintaining AAAHC accreditation, coordinating emergency preparedness drills, infection control surveillance, performing Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) Studies, and the development, revision and implementation of policies and procedures. Ms. Packer joined the Health Services staff in 2010.
