2019 GRASS Conference
Georgia Southern University is excited to host the 2019 Georgia Resident Assistant Saturday Seminar. Join us and “Claim your Leadership” in Statesboro, GA on January 26th.

Registration for GRASS 2019 has closed!
We are excited to see everyone in Statesboro on January 26th. If you did not get a chance to register your institution’s delegation, but would still like to attend, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. In order to make sure everyone has a quality experience we may not be able to accommodate all of the needs or provide the same services to those who have registered after the January 4th deadline.

Program Proposal Timeline:
- November 1, 2018 – Program Submissions Open
Program proposals are still open for submission. Participants will be notified in an on-going basis as proposals are submitted.
We invite all attending institutional delegations to submit a roll call video for our gathering. These videos will be played prior to the opening session on Saturday. Videos must be submitted by January 14th to email@example.com. The videos should incorporate the Game of Thrones and/or “Claim Your Leadership” theme. Videos should not have any derogatory language or messages and should not be demeaning of any other institution. If you have a specific logo that your institution would like displayed before your video is played, please also attach that in the email. Additionally, we ask that your video meet the following criteria:
- Videos should be no longer than 45 seconds.
- Videos should be in a common video file type, please nothing exotic
- Videos should be a representation of your institution & how you “Claim Your Leadership”
- Videos should be fun!
- No derogatory language
- No demeaning messages, especially about other institutions

There is not a conference hotel for GRASS 2019 but should your delegation need lodging there are a variety of lodging options available in Statesboro that are less than 5 minutes from the school including Spring Hill Suites, Comfort Inn, Hampton Inn, and a Holiday Inn Express.

Visitor parking is available for the Russell Union and Williams Center. Georgia Southern University faculty, staff and students must park in designated student, staff, and faculty lots.
All persons who bring a motor vehicle on campus must comply with Georgia Southern University Parking & Transportation regulations.
