Move In Instructions
Georgia Southern is excited to welcome you to your home for the 2023-2024 Academic Year. you will need to sign-up for a Move-In Timeslot in the On-Campus Housing Portal in My.GeorgiaSouthern. Move-In Timeslot information will open later in July. Please use the table below to see the dates of move-in.

Please Note:
Any student who has not checked-in by 9:00 a.m. August 15th and who has not notified University Housing of a late arrival will be considered a no-show and may risk losing their space. In addition, no-shows may be subject to monetary penalties outlined in the Housing Contract. Please feel free to review the terms and conditions of the contract at www.gsuhousing.com/contract.
Special notes about Operation Move-In for Fall 2023
- If you need to arrive early as part of an official Georgia Southern University event or on-campus job, please work with the sponsoring office to coordinate your arrival with University Housing.
