Opened in 2003, Southern Pines is a modern residence hall with super suite style units.  Southern Pines houses 628 students including members of some of the athletic teams, the Innovation Living Learning Community, and the ROTC Theme Living Community.  Complex amenities include a clubhouse with computer lab, kitchen and classroom space, a volleyball court and great proximity to the campus pedestrium and other campus resources.

This hall houses the Innovation Living-Learning Community and ROTC Living-Learning Community.

Suites in Southern Pines offer private bedrooms and semi-private bathrooms.  Common areas provide a centralized kitchen and laundry rooms exist throughout the complex.

*Rates are per person/per semester. An additional $20 Activity Fee is charged every semester. All rates are pending until approved by the Board of Regents of the University System of Georgia.

Students are required to respond to email or paper correspondence from the Georgia Southern University Office of Student Accounts, Financial Aid Office and/or Registrar’s Office regarding outstanding requirements for processing financial aid packages for payment on their account.
