Windward Commons is the newest residence hall on the Georgia Southern – Armstrong campus.  Developed specifically for first-year students, it features multipurpose social nooks, classrooms for tutoring, piano rooms, kitchens, laundry rooms and the Cove!  You will have the opportunity to be a part of our unique residential experience surrounded by your friends and classmates, while living in a space you can call home.



Windward Common floorplans offer private unit suites, private bedroom shared units, and semi-private bedrooms.  All bedrooms are equipped with an extra long twin bed, desk and chair  Roommates share a full bathroom located within their unit.



Rates listed below are for the 2018-2019 Academic Year.

*Rates are per person/per semester. An additional $20 Activity Fee is charged every semester. All rates are pending until approved by the Board of Regents of the University System of Georgia.

Students are required to respond to email or paper correspondence from the Georgia Southern University Office of Student Accounts, Financial Aid Office and/or Registrar’s Office regarding outstanding requirements for processing financial aid packages for payment on their account.
