Available Room Types

Armstrong Housing Renewal

Upperclass students will be able to select their own room in Compass Point and University Crossings. University Terrace will not be available in the application process as Georgia Southern University will no longer be managing that property following the conclusion of the Spring 2021 semester.

  • Windward Commons is NOT eligible for renewal as it is a community intended for incoming first-year students.
  • Rooms designated for our themed housing communities or for special assignment related processes are not available to self-select into. If you do not see your room available during the renewal periods it means that it is not available for self-selection or that someone has already selected the space.
  • You will not have to pay the non-refundable application fee.
