Departments producing brochures, newsletters, or other publications which include a self-mailing panel and/or business reply card must follow a set of strict guidelines. Specific considerations include the weight of paper stock, direction of folds, size of the reply card, placement of addresses and postal markings, use of postal permits, etc. Postal regulations change very frequently and should be checked before printing any publication.
