Collaborative spaces in the Virtual Collaboration Center are free to use for Georgia Southern students at any time and members of the public (during public hours of operation).

Entry Fee for the VCC

There is no entry fee for the Virtual Collaboration Center.

Eagle’s Edge Gaming Arena Rates (Gamepasses)

Gamepasses are required to use the PCs in the Eagle’s Edge Gaming Arena. Purchasing a gamepass gives you time on the PCs. This time starts when you log in and stops when you log out. Gamepasses can be purchased at our front counter.

Event Registration Fees

Individuals registering for any special events or tournaments may have to pay a registration fee to participate. Events/Tournaments requiring a fee will be clearly labeled and payment is due before the start of the event.

Events hosted by third-party organizers may or may not be subject to this requirement. Please speak with the event organizer for details.

Reservations and Parties

VCC spaces are open for reservations for parties and other gatherings. Please see the chart below for reservation fees and the cost to rent out spaces within the center.
