Students, faculty/staff and members of our campus community are welcome to reserve the spaces of the Virtual Collaboration Center for their event. Please fill out our reservation form below to start the process. Once approved, a VCC representative will contact you about details for your events and on-site needs.

Do you offer catering? We do not provide catering at the VCC, but there are many areas on campus areas that do – such as Blue Tie Catering, Starbucks, Chick-fil-A and more. Please get in touch with our dining staff for more information at eagledining@georgiasouthern.edu.
I’m not a student or faculty/staff member of Georgia Southern. Can I make a reservation? Yes! Anyone connected to Georgia Southern as a student or staff member, and anyone else in the public are welcome to make a reservation request.
