The Great Eagle Egg Hunt
STATESBORO, Ga. – Eagles prepare your baskets and book bags for the annual Great Eagle Egg Hunt hosted by Auxiliary Services’ University Store and Computer Store.
Over 2,500 eggs will be hidden across campus for Eagles to locate in the Great Eagle Egg Hunt. Each egg will contain a secret prize ranging from dainty candies to iPad minis. The key to finding the eggs with the ultimate prizes is in the riddle.
The riddles for the location of the golden eggs will be revealed on the University Store’s Facebook and Twitter page. Students that locate the twelve golden eggs will win the ultimate prizes of a Georgia Southern bicycle, Beats by Dre headphones and more.
In addition, one mega egg will be hidden in a top-secret location on campus, and the Eagle who finds this egg will be Egg-static! Students who retrieve a golden egg or the mega egg should report to the University Store to claim their prize.
Eagles are encouraged to share their photos and experiences via Instagram, Twitter, and Facebook, using the hash tag #GreatEagleEggHunt and follow the University Store @GSUstore.
The hunt is made possible by the generosity of sponsoring local businesses and is expected to attract thousands of students. Put on your eagle eyes and get ready for the hunt!
