Chick-fil-A Offers Free Meals to Cow-Clad Customers on Cow Appreciation Day

STATESBORO, Ga. – Chick-fil-A invites patrons to break out the spots and furry ears for Cow Appreciation Day on Tuesday, July 14th! The nationally-recognized brand will be celebrating 20 years of the ‘Eat Mor Chikin’ Cow Campaign by giving away free meals to customers who aren’t too “chicken” to dress completely as a cow, from head to hoof. Each free Chick-fil-A meal will include an entree of choice, a side item and a beverage from the breakfast, lunch or dinner menu. For those who come partially dressed in cow attire, such as a cow-spotted purse, hat or other accessory, Chick-fil-A will award a complimentary entrée.

Customers can prepare for the occasion by visiting www.CowAppreciationDay.com. The site offers costume ideas as well as downloadable cow spots, head bands and other black and white accessories. The “cows” can also share their getup on social media channels by posting pictures using the hashtag #CowAppreciationDay. For frequently asked questions, participants can also visit http://chickfila.tumblr.com/faq.
