University Crossings, located on the Armstrong Campus in Savannah, is the perfect residential community for faculty and staff members to call home – whether temporary or long-term! University Crossing offers a quiet environment with private entrances, convenient parking, and close proximity to the heart of campus.
University Crossing floorplans offer private unit apartments! All furnished bedrooms are equipped with an extra-long twin bed, desk, and chair. Unfurnished apartments are available. Private and shared full-bathroom options are available.

Requirements
- Proof of Employment (offer letter or verification with HR)
- Driver’s license or state-issued ID
- Minimum Night Stay | 30 days
Cancellation Fee
If a contract is canceled while the employee is still employed, the employee will be responsible for half the remaining contract value.
Pet Policy
As part of the pet policy – the employee will pay a $350 nonrefundable pet deposit.
