Live in Compass Point
Compass Point is our garden-style apartment residence hall, perfect for socializing and studying! Compass Point is the largest apartment community, hosting Greek Housing, Global Crossroads and Transfer Strong theme communities.
In the heart of our hall is the Clubhouse, perfect for socializing, a student organization meeting, playing pool or just getting out of your apartment. There are enormous outdoor spaces with volleyball courts and gazebos. Hanging out with friends has never been easier.
Floor Plans
Compass Point floorplans offer private unit apartments. All bedrooms are equipped with an extra-long twin bed, drawers, desk and chair. Roommates share a full bathroom located within their unit.
Pricing
Rate information is available at gsuhousing.com/rates. Current year rates are posted and future year rates will be posted when approved by the University System of Georgia.
*Rates are per person/per semester. An additional $20 Activity Fee is charged every semester. All rates are pending until approved by the Board of Regents of the University System of Georgia.
Students are required to respond to email or paper correspondence from the Georgia Southern University Office of Student Accounts, Financial Aid Office and/or Registrar’s Office regarding outstanding requirements for processing financial aid packages for payment on their account.
