Students Access CAT Shuttles for Free

Chatham County’s public transit system (CAT) is launching a zero-fare pilot program for all students in Chatham County, which includes all Georgia Southern students. This program will allow students to use all fixed route and paratransit buses in Savannah at no cost.

To utilize the CAT system, students will simply need to show their Eagle ID (physical card or mobile ID) at boarding. To view more information about this service, please visit the Chatham County CAT “Student Zero Fare” Pilot Program site. Students can also view maps, track bus routes, and download the CATTracker App at catchacat.org.

If you have questions about Intercampus Shuttles, bus routes, or other transportation concerns, please contact our Parking & Transportation team by calling 912-478-7275 or emailing Parking@GeorgiaSouthern.edu
